MULTICAL is a modular team management system. The brand new integration of the Time Tracking module allows you to record your hours worked in real time, anytime and anywhere, and optionally assign them directly to a client, a project or an activity. The recording is as simple as it is ingenious: one click on Start to begin, one click on Stop to stop the time booking. So that no valuable time is lost when assigning for customers, projects or activities, practical time buttons can be individually compiled in advance.
With the MULTICAL iOS app you can intuitively view, create and edit your appointments, holidays and absences on the go. Appointments can be displayed in several ways so that you have a complete overview of your schedule. In addition, the app offers several functionalities that are optimised for the smartphone. Example: If an address was stored when creating an appointment, Apple Maps can be launched directly from the MULTICAL app for navigation.
The app supports the booking of employees and resources. Appointments and teams can be coordinated easily and efficiently. If a desired resource is already booked, it is immediately indicated when the appointment is created.
The MULTICAL iOS app also supports the holiday management module. You have an overview at all times and can request holidays, sick days, absences or overtime. With the help of the practical live absence list, you can see at a glance which employees are in the office on a given day.
